What so many Americans (fewer every day) have been unable to see is Donald J. Trump’s entire life has been to promote his fantasy persona. He was known as a liar and untrustworthy even among his friends. He has almost always gotten away with lying and cheating.

The boldness of his lies and deceptions has allowed him to build his real estate empire and become President. This is all well documented by interviews, lawsuits, and judgments. He is trying to influence the Supreme Court into stifling the investigation into his New York tax returns. His tax evasion felony comprises using an inflated value for depreciation and at the same time paying real estate taxes on much smaller appraisals. He has done the same thing in Florida but the Florida Republican administration declines to investigate.

Trump was a Democrat until he decided found they were tired of him. He claims to be against Planned Parenthood but has donated at least $100,000 to it. When they got tired of his over-the-top self promotion, and that says a lot coming from politicians, the Democrats dumped him. Later he started ingratiating himself to Republican leading celebrities. Somewhere his massive ego got directed to thinking he could be President of the United States. After that idea, everything in his life was directed towards that dream.

His propensity to demean, lie, deceive, and bully served him well in getting people to vote for him the first time. Whether the same people can stomach him enough to vote for him again is the question. Apparently more and more of his previous voters are looking to vote for someone else or stay home.
